Liventus is looking for an experienced and passionate recruiter responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of top employee candidates. This position involves recruiting for a wide variety of different roles for Liventus and its sister companies Liventus (www.liventus.com), Embroiderydesigns.com (www.embroiderydesigns.com), Beacon Funding Corporation (www.beaconfunding.com), and ECS Financial (www.ecsfinancial.com). You will play an essential role in our continued growth by ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees across our organizations’ US and India operations.
Job Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and hire top technical and business talent.
Work with our HR departments and managers to ensure that candidates match above and beyond the team’s immediate needs.
Communicate with candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.
Build relationships and work with cross-functional teams, including business partners.
Articulate our business mission and core values in ways that resonate with each candidate while presenting an objective view of life at each of our various companies.
Work with the HR and our management team to help build a more effective and efficient recruiting process.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
English fluency, writing, and communication skills
4-5 years of recruiting experience
Track record of delivery and partnership with multiple hiring managers in various functional departments
Ability to speak comfortably in basic Microsoft or similar technology stack architecture is desirable
Experience sourcing candidates through social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, local advertising, and more
Experience negotiating offers, following up, and closing candidates successfully
Ability to work productively from home with little environmental distractions and reliable internet bandwidth
