As part of the MarkMonitor team at Newfold, the Domain Support Representative will serve as an important support role within the Domain Client Services Organization.
This role will focus on tasks and responsibilities that aid in the productivity and efficiency of the department.

• Manage specified tasks and assist in internal domain management processes such as, client user access set up and unlocking, account activation, create detailed process documentation/instruction guides, and provide assistance with respect to Domain Name portfolio management according to client policies, best practices, and DPA and/or client direction.

• Acquire auth codes, download zones files, and unlock domains within losing registrar accounts for domains transferring to MarkMonitor.
• Audit client domain portfolio website resolution.
• Provide clear, professional written and verbal communications.

- You will be flexible in managing multiple priorities at once.
- Collaborate across various levels of leadership.
- Meet with your team regularly in both 1-1 and team meeting sessions. Understand all aspects of sales reporting and use this insight to make strategic decisions within your team.
- Communicate product and brand updates to the team as they are announced.
- Maintain a consistent presence for your team and assist with questions and concerns as they arise.
- Support agents with escalated calls and work directly with the customer to address their concern if needed.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of an environment that recognizes and rewards excellent performance.
- Manage daily administrative activities as they relate to the needs of the team (payroll, schedule optimization, etc.).
- You will perform other related duties as assigned.
