RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for monthly meeting quota as assigned by Management.
• Call and email prospects from Groups 1,2, and 3 to get meetings for Enterprise team.
• Find the right prospects in Group 3 through available databases, LinkedIn referrals.
• Quality and pursue leads from White Paper, Certificate Inspector and Discovery tool etc. downloads
• Track all calls and emails in CRM
• Evenly distribute meetings to Enterprise team based on rotation and availability
• Create Events in CRM with relevant meeting information
• Send calendar invites as needed to prospect and Enterprise Rep.
• Work with Enterprise Reps to reschedule missed meetings as needed.
• Quote unqualified prospects for potential retail sales.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Comfortable working on a computer daily and conversing over the phone and through email.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products and other applicable software or applications
• Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Self-motivated, manage your time well, and get things done.
• Team oriented and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or other technical degree
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the tech industry
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and other applicable software or applications

As an organization with an aggressive growth strategy, we are focusing our search for a TABP with an extensive experience in recruiting for sales and sales leadership positions in the US.

As a member of the global HR team, your role is to provide and influence TA, HR and Total Rewards practices, policies, and systems which help attract, retain, and mobilize high quality and engaging employees, while supporting business priorities and promoting a competitive advantage. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner position is a high visibility, high impact role with responsibility for sourcing, assessing and delivering professionally qualified sales and sales leadership positions. The individual will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the best candidates are identified and brought on board promptly and efficiently. This position will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to implement and continuously improve processes and tools focused on increasing value and providing highly effective recruiting support to internal clients. Successful candidates will possess near and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen, and a passion for recognizing and assessing talent. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top sales talent
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify hiring needs, create job descriptions and develop interview questions
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone interviews to determine potential fit
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle process including on-boarding programs, interviewing, diversity and inclusion efforts, and campus recruitment.
• Experience building effective sourcing strategies using a variety of means including: cold calling, leveraging Internet resources/diversity and professional associations, university/college recruiting, niche websites and social networking; creatively source and network with candidates while reducing fees to outside agencies.
• Proactively researches new recruitment methodologies, competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct external benchmarking to understand DigiCert’s competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed key recruiting performance metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire and source of hire
• Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position; ensure a high quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow up.
• Seek continuous improvements to enhance the process's capabilities; implement positive changes by overcoming resistance to change.
• Build a pipeline of talented candidates that fit the profile of the company's core competencies; review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements; create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
• Consult with internal clients on labor trends, competitor talent insight, interviewing techniques, hiring decisions and market data.
• Active and engaged participation, including managing ad hoc and special projects, when required, including those related to the development engagement programs, and implementation of global policies, tools and practices, in addition to the handling of routine TA operational work and reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales recruiting for corporate and agency/search firm experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for sales and sales leadership positions
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with project management
• Experience working in an HRIS system, preferably with ADP, Greenhouse, HireRight and/or other Global HR systems
• Proven success in sourcing and identifying top sales talent, and ability to build and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer focus with the ability and desire to work with HR colleagues, hiring managers, candidates, and search firms in a thoughtful and personable way
• Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation with client groups and team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities system wide recruitment needs, adjust pace of work, and meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Experience recruiting and consulting as a strategic TA business partner with internal clients within an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in and/or knowledge in the web security and/or IT tech industry space is preferred
• Experience working in a global company

Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description Overview

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will work closely with business partners to understand data, business challenges, and deliver data insights using the enterprise data warehouse. You will analyze data using SQL, identify and propose alternative questions, and design BI applications to deliver business capability. You will be required to quickly learn DigiCert’s business model, business vision and the associated analytical/reporting requirements. A successful candidate will be curious about the business and the data that enables it. This role will dual as a BI Semantic Layer developer and a BI Developer depending on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities And Competencies
• Analyze and profile data using SQL and BI Tools
• Understanding the business requirements and deliver on business and data insights for the business function you are assigned
• Create BI reports and dashboards and share insights using them
• Update BI semantic layer, dashboards, and reports as per the business requirements
• Assist team members in implementing and maintaining best practices and standards
• Support the BI community
• Push the team to higher standards and adopt innovative ideas to deliver on insights and analytics

Required Qualifications (education, Experience, &/Or Certification)
• Strong business acumen and track record of delivering on Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
• 5+ years of experience as a business intelligence developer with a track record of delivering well-documented data deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
• Substantial experience in data warehousing / Information Management, preferably at scale
• Expert level SQL skills
• 5+ years of experience working with BI tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc
• 3+ years’ experience in BI Semantic layer development with solid understanding of Star Schemas and performance concerns
• Familiarity with Informatica, Talend, or other ETL tools
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
• Critical thinker with an attention to detail

Preferred Qualifcations & Experience
• 2+ years’ experience working as a lead for a data or BI team
• Experience working as a scrum master
• Experience designing and implementing BI Semantic layers using Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAP Business Objects, etc.
• Experience designing Semantic Layer in MicroStrategy would be a huge plus.
• Experience with Python and Data Science delivering on key business analysis using AI and ML.
