Responsibilities:
• Lead the digital merchandising team, ensuring development and growth
• Lead development of performance metrics specific to merchandising touchpoints, supporting continual improvement, efficiency and supporting storytelling of team's value
• Develop clear, concise copy that maintains a clear and consistent brand voice throughout the travel ribbon - from shopping to post-purchase
• Work with the Audience Strategy team to identify and target the right customer with the right merchandising placements
• Partner with the Marketing Communications team on development, communication and implementation of branded product positioning

What you need to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.;
• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application;

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently;
• Ability to acquire and keep current a passport and travel documents to freely enter and exit places where Delta flies. Must have a valid passport with a minimum of 30 months validity remaining before the first day of training.
