Job Summary

The Overnight Housekeeper requires general housekeeping duties with an eye for details. Emptying trash, vacuuming, cleaning of restrooms, cleaning of glass/mirrors, sanitization/disinfecting, mopping and dusting are the basic duties. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and bend with constant walking for the majority of the shift. Must be able to perform under pressure and follow verbal instructions associated with cleaning in a fast paced environment. For this position punctuality and dependability are very important as it is a 2 person crew working in a very sensitive part of the building. Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Essential Duties
• General Sanitization Procedures within venue (i.e., office spaces, conference rooms)
• Vacuuming office areas and conference rooms
• Cleaning & Re-Stocking Restrooms
• Trash Removal from offices and conference rooms
• Cleaning Kitchenettes (Dishes)
• Sweeping areas as needed
• Dusting office space and conference rooms as needed
• Mopping specific areas as needed
• Use 24/7 System to document completion of tasks
• Assist with Double Header Conversion
• Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Leads / Operations Supervisor / Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions under limited supervision
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements and simple grasping constantly, pushing & pulling, squeezing
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently, kneel or crawl occasionally

Job Summary:
The Security Department’s team is responsible for the safety and security of Crypto.com Arena and Microsoft Theater’s guests, team members, and assets at all times.

This position is open to current Crypto.com Arena/Microsoft Theater part-time Security Officer I's. External applications will not be accepted.

Key Job Factors:

Event Security Officer - 55% Daily
• Ensure enforcement and compliance of the venue’s Event Policies at all times including oversight of visitor management, credential enforcement and Security entry screening processes.
• Assist with directional and informational inquiries.
• Take direction from Supervisors and provide direction to Officer 1’s during Emergency Response and assist guests by providing direction and feedback.
• Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis
• Utilize radios for communicating incidents.
• Respond to all security and safety related issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and compile information for Supervisors.
• Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without the loss of efficiency or composure.
• Use excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests, clients, and staff.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors.
• Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by Event Security Managers and Supervisors.
• Ability to memorize, recollect and quickly relay relevant information when requested.
• Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional guests and staff during intensely aggravated circumstances.
• Ability to maintain guest, team member, and company confidentiality.
• Have full knowledge of 24/7 Security Operations to include but not limited to: Ramp Procedures, Administrative Office Procedures, Command Center Procedures, Non-Event access control etc.
• Understand and operate Crypto.com Arena and Microsoft Theater’s security systems (Genetec, 24/7 Incident Command, Fire Alarm System, AVTEC Dispatch, C-Cure Access Control, Visitor Management, Ramp Bollards and Access Gate, X-Ray Machine etc.).
• Fill- In for Non-Event open shifts as needed.
• Be able to be utilized as an experienced resource in a sensitive and/or high profile area/post during any event as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Staff Training, 15% Bi-Monthly
• Assist with Department hiring during the new hire orientation training by being a Coach.
• Assist with training of new Security Officers during On The Job by being a Coach

Intradepartmental Needs – 10% Daily
• Promote ENCORE|LA by becoming an ENCORE|LA advocate for its core principles and values

Interdepartmental Communications – 10% Daily
• Complete all required trainings assigned via Human Resources in a timely manner

Time Management – 10% Daily
• Complete Rest/Meal breaks in accordance with California Labor Laws

Required Qualifications:
• A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
• A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• 4. Ability to perform calmly under pressure.
• Ability to provide clear communication and support to Security Team Members, Supervisors Management, Venue Tenants and Team Personnel.
• Willingness to accept greater responsibility and accountability.
• Work honestly and effectively with moderate supervision.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform the job duties of Security Officer I.
• Must have a good record of attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:
• CPR / AED / First Aid training

Work Conditions:
• Tasks are performed with moderate supervision.
• Walking and standing occurs 90% of the time.

Position Summary:

The Premium Sales Manager position is responsible for the sale of Premium Memberships, with a focus on multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts at Crypto.com Arena formerly known as STAPLES Center; primarily focused on premium suite lease. All premium suites and club seats include the LA Lakers, LA Clippers, LA Kings and LA Sparks sports teams along with access to concerts and special events.

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for the closing of multi-year, six-figure hospitality contracts; primarily focused on selling premium suite leases.
• Negotiate contract terms with C-suite decision makers.
• 50% Outside Sales: Responsible for a minimum of 25 face to face meetings per month with premium prospects.
• Execute effective corporate sales calls, emails and customized presentations promoting the purchase of premium ticket inventory to meet/exceed established sales objectives.
• Proactively network, solicit and follow-up on any personal sales leads under the guidelines established by supervisors.
• Attend regular meetings with the Director of Premium Sales to establish best processes and strategies for driving new business.
• Work closely with other members of the Premium Department to ensure inventory integrity, high levels of customer service and enhance overall team performance.
• Manage 1-Year and Suite package buyer with goal of upselling them into multi-year hospitality contracts.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum education level of: High School Diploma (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience – at least three of those years focused on; Experience selling six to seven figure suite deals in the sports and entertainment industry preferred
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner not only with members and guests, but with co-workers within the organization
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, members, and the general public
• Highly organized with good coordinating and project management skills

Pay Scale: $65,000 - $93,578
