Position Summary:
Costco Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. ● Strong working knowledge of network topologies and protocols (such as TCP, UDP, TLS, SFTP, SMTP, NTP, NetBIOS and DHCP).

● Must be self-motivated and able to coordinate with others to implement changes.

● Must be self-motivated and able to coordinate with others to implement changes.

● Knowledge of cloud security practices and containerization concepts.
● Understanding of risk management and risk evaluations of security or incident events.
