Role Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Paid Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing paid media campaigns across various online platforms to support the revenue and pipeline goals of both B2C and B2B areas of our business. Who You Are:
• You have 5+ years of marketing experience in performance marketing, paid media and digital marketing roles.
• You have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with major ad platforms, especially Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• You like getting your hands dirty with hands-on implementation, management, measurement, and optimization of paid media campaigns with B2B and B2C products.
• You have a successful track record of planning and launching paid media campaigns and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements.
• You are comfortable exploring and experimenting with new paid media channels relevant to our industry.

About The Role

CFI is looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) expert to drive omnichannel marketing for CFI’s rapidly growing B2B business. You’ll join CFI’s growing marketing team as the first dedicated B2B Marketer.
