Job Summary FreeWheel’s Strata platform offers agencies comprehensive tools and capabilities for every step of the campaign workflow, from pre-buy through execution. FreeWheel is looking to hire a Renewal Specialist to join our demand side software organization. This person will be a key participant in sales organization focused on retaining current customers on our Strata platform through commercial strategies. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the “In-house” Deal Desk resource to provide advanced financial modeling support for all renewals.
• Effectively manage a proactive pipeline of renewals, working within a defined sales process to analyze, segment, and renegotiate all renewals.
• Drive revenue through supporting negotiation of contracts and closing renewal business with current customers.
• Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns
• Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to enable product, pricing, and process.
• Collaborate and work with other members of the sales organization to build strategic financial plans for customers.
• Properly communicate the status of renewals to internal management including senior leadership with realistic timelines and hurdles to the overall success of a particular deal.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Who you are:
• 2+ years of sales/ experience in AdTech, linear and/or digital media experience working with agencies required
• Experience with financial modelling and understanding of software pricing structures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail
• A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customer’s needs on both the business and technical sides
• A passion for customer success and a track record of growing customers revenue
• Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
