SUMMARY

Accurately sort, identify, catalog, and list consigned Sports, Non-Sports, and Gaming cards, as well as comics; assists as directed in shipping and processing tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

Record Duties
• Identify unlicensed, unsupported, counterfeit, altered, or suspicious inventory.
• Identify the catalog information for many thousands of trading cards each week.
• Correct or update database information where appropriate.
• Ensure accuracy in all levels of inventory management to provide correct inventory counts and valuations.
• Report errors and missing inventory to lead.
• Maintain inventory with care.
• Assist leads and managers in all organization projects.
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of collectible cards is preferable.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent attention to detail.

Working knowledge of sports, non-sports, and gaming cards.

Accuracy in all processing functions.

Excellent customer service skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Moderate familiarity with Windows-based computer system required; ability to use 10-key for data entry.

Job Description

COMC has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager on our Product team to drive new projects across our customer & partner offerings! This role will report to the Director of Product and be responsible for helping COMC to tackle new, dynamic opportunities in the collectibles market, ranging from customers to strategic partners. You will take projects from conception to reality through scoping, prioritization, driving tradeoffs with stakeholders to create workable & efficient plans, and then track execution to bring them to market!

You will work closely with development, UX, operations, and sales & marketing as well as Product and executive leadership to align projects with the company-wide vision, help to implement our business development strategy, and ensure that new products & projects are implemented successfully. You will engage with experts, customers, and vendors – both internal and external – to develop a working understanding of key aspects of the collectible market, COMC operations, and COMC’s customers, affiliates, & partners, then use that understanding (in partnership with Sales & Marketing) to scope & tune value propositions to be compelling, while ensuring that the overall product roadmap balances aggressive strategic goals with creating healthy & sustainable offerings.

Job Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders & partners to scope and build requirements for projects
• Create business and technical requirements, then work with cross-functional teams to review & revise
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
• Work with engineers to implement development of engineering aspects of projects using Agile methodologies
• Develop project plans and timelines for development, implementation, testing and deployment of new products

Job Qualifications

• Experience leading other product managers at a high performing software company
• Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
