The part-time eForms Developer will:
• Develop, review, approve and enhance eForms and workflows.
• Review eForms developed by others.
• Respond to eForms performance, accuracy, feedback, KPIs, and more.
• Use TeamDynamix ticketing system to complete tasks and requests.
• Stay abreast of current usability, accessibility, content development, enhancements, and best practices in relation to eForms.
• Provide input on style guides and governance as it relates to eForms and eForm development.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Fellowship Program Management: Manage assigned Rackham fellowship programs, including, but not limited to, Rackham Merit Fellowship (RMF), NSF Graduate Research Fellowships Program (GRFP), Rackham Predoctoral Fellowship (PreDoc), Travel Grant, Research Grant, Non-Traditional Student Fellowship, and International Student Fellowship programs. Closely manage the disbursement of approximately $30 million dollars of funding annually, including uploading, reconciling, and tracking awards; and ensuring accuracy. Independently answer questions, resolve complex problems (escalating only the most complex cases to the manager), and make recommendations regarding complex graduate student fellowship matters. Review fellowship applications (e.g. Emergency Fund Requests) as necessary to determine eligibility and compliance with Rackham policies and procedures, and award Rackham funding using independent professional judgment. Project spending and manage budget for assigned donor funds, ensuring funds are utilized in alignment with donor intent. Assist in management of all program aspects from planning to continuous improvement. Assist with the maintenance of tracking databases and systems within Rackham Finance and Fellowship, including RMF utilization and nomination systems, MPathways Student Administration, Rackham Unified Fellowships (UFS). Ensure compliance with University and Rackham policies.

Leadership Support: Provide complex and responsible support to and collaborate with senior leadership (assistant and associate deans, and the Graduate School dean) to edit, finalize, and redesign reports; organize selection processes, and propose program changes. Assist Fellowships Program Manager, responding to graduate program requests and providing resources. Provide coverage for Program Manager during their time away from office.

Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison to and ensure consistent communication with University partners including academic programs, Registrar's Office, Office of Financial Aid, Student Financial Services, Shared Services, others as needed, and within Rackham. Coordinate materials for new faculty committee members and review fellowship website for accuracy. Provide direction, guidance, and functional supervision to junior team members and any student and non-student temporary employees, as appropriate.

Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required
Minimum of 2 years of increasing responsibility in a University financial aid role, graduate program coordinator, or student services administrative capacity
Demonstrated customer service attitude and experience, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, including the capacity to build relationships and the ability to work with a wide range of people who represent our diverse and multicultural society

As a System Administrator in Auxiliary Services, you will be at the forefront of managing and maintaining the CSGold application from CBord, a leading provider of campus card solutions. CSGold is a vital system used across various university departments, enabling secure access control, electronic payments, and meal plan management. You will maintain a variety of point-of-sale [POS] systems, currently four are used, in dining, the bookstore, for athletic events, and at the recreation center. Auxiliary Services currently has 123 surveillance cameras in the Student Union and other locations. The position maintains the cameras and the backend servers and storage. There are a multitude of feed files that transfer data between CSGold, PeopleSoft [CWU’s ERP system], and third-party vendors, which are developed, deployed, and monitored by the occupant of the position. Key card entry systems are being deployed as opportunity permits at CWU. You will be involved with these projects too, as the CSGold subject matter expert.

The Role:

To maintain and improve Information Systems used by Auxiliary Services at CWU. This is a Systems Administrator position which involves planning and coordinating the installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, software, and integrations with third party software, or in-house developed applications, and the data exchanges by such systems, for the Auxiliary Services IT systems. These systems are to be monitored for availability and performance. The position is required to produce and update the documentation necessary to understand the IT systems it is responsible for. There is the additional requirement to submit non-routine system changes to CWU’s IT Change Advisory Board. The position will routinely help evaluate and assess new software systems and modifications to current systems. Job Duties
• Application Management: Be the go-to expert for all matters related to the CSGold application and Connection Cards. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime to minimize disruptions.
• Integration and Upgrades: Collaborate with the IT team to integrate CSGold with other university systems and third-party data sources.
• Device Management: Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot POS and surveillance devices.
• Server Management: Administer the backend systems running on-prem.
• Technical liaison: Interface with cloud service providers and vendors on configurations, troubleshooting issues, and current trends.
• Perform regular updates and patching to ensure we are leveraging the latest features and security enhancements.
• Data Security: Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data, maintain backups, and establish disaster recovery procedures.
• User Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, including staff and students, to address their concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for staff and users to promote efficient use and understanding of Aux Services IT systems or applications.

Minimum Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology administration.
• 5+ years experience in System Administration(Windows and/or Linux) is required.
• 3 year of IT Computer Technician support.
• Experience working with web, scripting and standard programming languages.
• Proven experience in a customer service Environment.
• Demonstrated willingness and/or experience working with students and/or co-workers from a wide range of abilities, backgrounds, and experiences.
• OR applicable combination of education and/or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience CSGold.
• System Administration experience in Higher Education.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in an indoor office setting with frequent in-person interactions. Depending on work requirements, work weeks can be split between home and onsite. Some evening or weekend work and/or occasional travel may be required.
