The executive assistant to the Chief of Staff provides confidential administrative support to the office of the CEO, including direct support for both the Chief of Staff and the VP, Transformation. Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, planning events, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with senior contacts, other Executive leadership team members, and board members. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion. Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and works collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to ensure all necessary tasks for the office are fulfilled, including serving as primary support to the CEO when the EA to the CEO is out of office. The Chief of Staff to the CEO is seeking a candidate with extreme attention to detail. This role requires a partner who can juggle the multiple demands on the Chief of Staff’s time with ease and grace. Requires someone who can balance a high number of internal and external meeting requests and prioritize appropriately. Someone who can make decisions on behalf of the Chief of Staff and proactively anticipate and identify the needs of the Chief of Staff and her team and is a culture carrier — juggling competing priorities seamlessly and with a smile. Proficiency with Google Suite is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Proactive calendar management
• Making domestic and international travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations

Overview:

Condé Nast Traveler is searching for a savvy, organized, innovative, and self-motivated Senior Manager of Analytics. The Senior Manager will provide strategic guidance to Condé Nast Traveler’s brand leadership and editorial teams through in-depth analyses and reporting to help achieve revenue and traffic goals. She or he will work across teams to develop and apply insights on deepening the brands’ relationship with the reader. The Senior Manager will be responsible for training other teams on the use of analytics to make insight-based business decisions while serving as the owner and subject matter expert on our analytics platforms. They will provide reporting regularly to various levels of business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be someone with a proven record of helping build and manage massive online audiences and will be adept with the strategies and tactics that increase reader engagement. They will be highly organized, thorough, and quantitative, but also nimble and creative, with the ability to think critically and influence the decision-making process through data and testing. Required Skills:
• 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics at a media company or digital advertising agency with a thorough understanding of online business models and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with major analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Parsely, etc.
• Hands-on experience managing digital audience acquisition programs.
