Job Description:
• Directs the line workers to perform tasks as directed based on daily production schedule
• Adheres to and directs team to follow processing, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Oversees the cutting, assembling, weighing, and packing, labeling, and palletizing finished goods operation
• Oversees the employees are following Food safety System requirements in coordination with the QA tech in the area
• Responsible for documenting the lot/batch numbers used in the production orders scheduled for the day
• Other duties as needed

Position Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to drive a fork truck
• Basic Math Skills
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety programs
