Key Objective
This position is responsible for the billing, collections, and customer service for major accounts (Global Casualty, ESIS, and Casualty Risk Construction).

Determine claims and reporting preferences, options, and infrastructure to provide the most efficient delivery of service. Monitor and maintain data integrity, especially with claims coding.
