• Partner with AEM Product Owner in refining the overall content management process to meet the producers needs and business goals. Specifically, identify areas of opportunity to optimize and enhance the authoring experience.

• Partner with Experimentation Team to execute multivariate or A/B tests.

Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Executive Director Digital Product Manager to oversee the production of web and mobile properties using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). The role will require leading a team of talented web producers to support content updates and new page builds.
Job responsibilities
• Oversee new page builds, evaluation of components and recommendations for authoring improvements in AEM.
• Partner with AEM Product Owner in refining the overall content management process to meet the producers needs and business goals. Specifically, identify areas of opportunity to optimize and enhance the authoring experience.
• Partner with editors and designers on the delivery of new page designs while adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Partner with Experimentation Team to execute multivariate or A/B tests.
• Partner with Analytics team to support their data driven model.
• Partner with SEO team to ensure all content meet expected optimized results.
• Lead the effort to migrate current content components to models and fragments.
• Monitor and govern 3K web pages for freshness and relevancy.
• Partner with Compliance, Control, Legal and Risk to ensure all regulatory and legal obligates are maintained.
• Partner with product owners and marketers on new customer facing initiatives.
• Outcome-focused with a practical orientation to developing and maintaining websites, and have a management style that fosters teamwork. Manage cross-impacted initiatives and stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience with hands-on experience managing the digital content end to end workflow across the multiple channels.
• Experience with using a CMS (Content Management System), ideally AEM, to author and publish content in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of basic marketing best practices, specifically SEO and drivers for traffic and conversation.
• Experience with driving the strategy for content management across digital platforms.
• Experience with the Agile process.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS and other web page developer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong technical background, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for content management and emerging technologies. In addition to being a seasoned, well trained professional, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence from, and to collaborate closely with technology leaders and internal stakeholders.
