POSITION OVERVIEW

Chairish Inc. is looking for a Private Client Account Executive to manage and nurture a subset of defined accounts. In this position, you will focus on intercepting the buying process to create an elevated experience with new and returning clients to increase conversion and satisfaction with the Chairish brand. You will act as the main point of contact for all of their buying needs. It is our goal to create an easy and delightful shopping experience for our VIP buyers, which subsequently will grow our customer base and revenue. You’ll partner with key members of our sales, merchandising and customer support teams. Please note this position also includes quarterly bonus potential. This role is remote and will report to the Director of Private Clients.

Responsibilities
• Act as a dedicated point of contact to Private Clients to provide an elevated shopping experience
• Effectively manage and influence a book of business through proactive and reactive outreach
• Nurture relationships to create customer satisfaction while driving revenue and repeat purchases
• Inform Private Clients on all of Chairish’s offerings and how to best utilize us
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process
• Communicate clearly and set proper expectations both internally and externally
• Effectively handle unique projects and purchasing needs
• Meet and/or surpass Gross Product Sales goals for your territory on a quarterly basis

Your Experience & Skills
• Experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and other KPIs
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of home design is a plus
• Preference given to candidates with experience supporting an e-Commerce marketplace - including product lines, pricing, delivery times & methods - and to candidates who have prior luxury sales experience
• Understand the competitive landscape to best position Chairish in the market
• Ability to multitask and work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence external decision makers
• Proficient with web based platforms and tools such as Google Docs and Gmail
• Strong time management skills
