The job of the Product Director is to create, update, and manage products that consistently delight our customers.

You bring a fresh perspective to how we serve our community of entrepreneurs. You cast a vision for each of our products as if we were starting from scratch, and you develop the processes for each level of service.

Your work empowers the rest of the team to feel confident closing new customers, because they know that every new member is well-served by your processes.

Your boss is our customer. You listen to their feedback and spearhead changes to improve their experience. You also know enough about marketing to create launch plans, promotions, and create partnerships that grow our awareness.

Responsibilities :
• Cast a new vision for each course and membership level
• Recreate the content curriculum for The One Percent program
• Recruit and work with influencers to create Masterclasses for our community
• Work with outside tech teams to improve our membership experience
• Recruit and manage content creators who contribute to our programs
• Oversee coaching calendar for each of our service levels
• Manage the Community Manager and assist in planning community events
• Propose new ideas and processes to improve customer retention

The Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University (NYU) invites applications for the tenure-track, position of Assistant Professor with a focus on capitalism and political economy. The position will start on September 1, 2023.

We are particularly interested in interdisciplinary scholars who focus their work on the social and political history of capitalism, racial capitalism, histories of economic thought, and the rise of corporate and financial power. The School also seeks perspectives that engage with heterodox economics, global inequality, social reproduction, and alternative development paradigms. Other areas of interest include neoliberalism, extractivism, and anti-capitalist movements.

The teaching load for this position is four courses per year (two in the fall and two in the spring). Additionally, faculty carry an advising load up to 20-25 students. Successful applicants will have evidence of an ongoing research program, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and evidence of a commitment to increasing diversity and fostering inclusion in academia.

Founded in 1972, NYU Gallatin is a liberal arts college of 1,600 undergraduate students and 160 graduate students that are part of New York University. Description of primary duties and responsibilities:

Description of Work Continued:

The Fayetteville State University Broadwell College of Business and
Economics is seeking an outstanding scholar and teacher with a
distinguished record of nationally renowned achievements related to
the study of free enterprise systems to serve as the Lloyd V.
Hackley Endowed Chair for the Study of Capitalism and Free
Enterprise.

Specific responsibilities will be dependent upon School priorities
and the individual hired, but the successful candidate should be
able to:

• Design and teach a course on the history, philosophy and theory
of capitalism and the free enterprise system, and develop an online
version of the course for non-traditional students;

• Conduct research on topics related to capitalism and free
enterprise and publish this research in professional
journals;

• Study local, state, and national policy issues and write position
papers and public service articles based on the market
solutions;

• Design mini-grant programs to foster faculty-student research on
issues related to capitalism and free enterprise;

• Coordinate appropriate research efforts with other faculty;

• Conduct outreach programs, both on and off-campus, to promote an
understanding of and appreciation for capitalism and free
enterprise;

• Help Fayetteville State University to develop and foster an
entrepreneurial environment;

• Organize and set-up a conference that focuses capitalism and the
free enterprise system;

• Teach 3-6 credit hours per semester;

• Work with undergraduate/graduate students for professional
development.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

The successful candidate must currently hold, or have previously
held, the rank of Associate or Full Professor and have a Ph.D.
degree in Economics or other appropriate field. It is also
desirable that the candidate have significant experience in
university outreach and public relations.
