The Opportunity and Role:

Community Impact and Investment is kicking off a multiyear transformation to increasingly align business strategy and social impact; launch new, different, and more holistic approaches to investing in our communities; use Capital One’s volunteer time and talent in increasingly strategic ways; and use data, analytics, research, and inclusive design to inform more targeted and actionable consulting to our business partners on topics related to a broad view of financial inclusion.

We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Director to lead our Grant Operations team, part of CI&I’s Community Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) tower. The Grant Operations team is focused on writing, processing, and reporting on several hundred philanthropic grants that COF advances to community partners each year, the outcomes and impact of which will serve as inputs into future investment decisions. Flexibility to travel up to 20%.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
• Establish and run a robust and efficient RFP and RFI process for all grantmaking across CI&I, working closely with the relationship managers who sit in the Market, Analysis or Program towers.
• Establish process controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with enterprise philanthropic giving, data sharing, and payment processing policies.
• Partner with our ESG storywriters, CRA qualification, communications, and Social Impact teams to identify data needs for storytelling and build the systems and infrastructure to capture that data at application and during partner reporting.
• Act as the CI&I intent owner for the grant management infrastructure modernization program
• Modernize and streamline our process to ensure ongoing qualification and regulatory reporting for CRA-eligible grants
• Own and deliver portfolio reporting to facilitate investment decisions that point CI&I resources to the areas of highest strategic importance for the company
• Recruit, mentor and invest in a team of highly motivated, passionate and detail oriented grant managers to
• oversee the full grant transaction process from application, to approval, to funding, to reporting,
• execute RFPs, RFIs and applications through Cybergrants
• Act as primary POC for any partner organization that is working to process a grant from our team, coordinating any troubleshooting needed
• Monitor and process all funding transactions, ensuring we are operating in accordance with risk and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure external partners provide timely impact and outcome reports at the end of each grant period.
• Support our qualitative narrative and ESG story writers to ensure our grant operations processes provide them the data needed to write impactful stories.
• Partner with our CRA strategy team to ensure CRA-eligible grants are qualified for regulatory reporting.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $181,900 - $207,600 for Director, Community Impact and Investment

Job Overview:

Vice President of Planning and Capital Management is responsible for LPL’s long-term financial planning and the development and ongoing enhancement of our cash and capital forecasting processes. Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the firm’s cash forecasting and capital allocation models
• Lead a team of analysts to refine and continuously improve our firm-wide cash forecasting model and processes, with a focus on tying operating and business activity drivers to changes in cash flows
• Analyze the cash impact of capital structure changes and analyze cash available for new Investment, M&A, and returning capital to shareholders o Partner with Treasury to monitor liquidity, evaluate forecast performance, and provide recommendations to senior leadership to enhance operating performance, improve cash management, and optimize the firm’s capital structure

The Rockefeller Foundation seeks a Vice President of Capital Mobilization, to raise $1 billion+ per year for key Foundation initiatives, which will continue to transition deeply towards addressing climate change. Most immediately, Capital Mobilization will include identifying and cultivating new and existing partnerships with private and corporate philanthropies, family offices and donor-advised funds, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
