LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill a Calendar Management Specialist for a law firm specializing in Employee Relations. This is a Contract role lasting for at least 3 months and requires legal calendar specialization skills.

Job:

100% Remote; but MUST reside in Kansas City, St. Louis, or Portland, OR

Hours: M-F; 8am-5pm with flexibility

Job Duties Include:
• Accountable for Calendar entries input correctly into the system
• Accountable for making accurate decisions about whether to escalate when an irregularity occurs
• Ensure calendar entries and related questions are prioritized appropriately
• Making calendar updates to case data in Virtual Binder
• Responsible for clear communication, prompt response, and excellent service toward attorneys and staff at all levels in assisting with calendar requests
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CompuLaw or other calendar/docketing tools
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with basic elements of law firm structure and administration
• Paralegal certificate required
• Associates Degree or Higher preferred

Provide goal-directed, client-centered, medically necessary individual and family therapy to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families primarily in the USD 259 Schools and as needed in the Family and Children's Community Services Clinic in order to improve the quality of life and ability to function more successfully in the community. Computer documentation of all services in a timely manner is required.

Position will follow the school schedule and be granted an unpaid leave of absence during the times when school is not in session.

Service Provision Therapy and Assessment Services
• Individual therapy using identified and accepted methods to remediate symptoms of mental illness and/or improve emotional and functional well-being.
• Intake/assessment to include history, presenting problems and diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
• Conduct risk assessments as needed to address safety of clients.
• Initiates outreach to increase engagement
• Drive to work locations within the USD 259 school district

Treatment Planning
• Prepare quality treatment plans in collaboration with client and/or guardian, additional treatment team and community partners.
• Facilitate or collaborate in review, updates and progress on goals with Treatment Plan coordinator or other member of the treatment team.

Documentation
• Complete progress notes in accordance with COMCARE and CCBHC guidelines which meet requirements for medical necessity, goal-directed therapy and client response to treatment within prescribed timelines.
• Complete Notes for Record, Precautions statements and authorizations for release of records, releases of information, safety documents and other documentation as required and/or recommended.
• Enters no show and cancellations for accuracy and completeness of medical record.
• Enter AIMS data as needed.
• Completes discharge summary when closing to therapy services.
• Completes court reports or treatment summaries within required timelines as set by the entity

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree. Per Sedgwick County policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid Kansas driver’s license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance. Must be licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as an LMSW, LMFT, LMLP, LPC, or LP. Meet the specifications as outlined in the CMHC/CCBHC licensing standards and pass KBI, DCF child abuse check, adult abuse registry, and motor vehicle screens. Must complete orientations provided by Sedgwick County and COMCARE. In order to comply with the requirements of the federal health care staff COVID-19 vaccination mandate, all employees of COMCARE and the Health Department must be fully vaccinated. All offers of employment are contingent upon submission of vaccination documentation prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree or higher. May be clinically licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as an LCP or LCPC, LCMFT, or LSCSW.
