Implementing Net Price Calculator (HTML) to Duda Website Builder

My Postsecondary Education facility needs to implement this Net Price Calculator on a yearly basis. Previously, the instructions to link it was simple: extract this file they send every year, add a file to the File Manager in their hosting's cPanel, and link back to the live site. Now, that the website is hosted on the Duda Platform, their integration is different from the normal File Manager situation since their hosting is all integrated inside My Postsecondary Education facility needs to implement this Net Price Calculator on a yearly basis.
