The Nurse-Family Partnership nurse home visitor is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to women and their families eligible for the Nurse-Family Partnership Program. The nurse home visitor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in clinical nursing practice and adherence to the Nurse-Family Partnership model, policies, procedures, Visit-to-Visit Guidelines, and standards of Nurse-Family Partnership and of the lead agency. The nurse home visitor reports to the Nurse-Family Partnership nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities:
• Provides education, support, and referral resources in assisting women and their families in attaining their targeted goals. Consults and collaborates with other professionals involved in providing services to women and families. Formulates nursing diagnosis based on nursing assessment and client goals
• Provides home visits to women and their families eligible for the Nurse-Family Partnership Program. Adheres to nursing process and the Nurse-Family Partnership model of home visitation. Supports Nurse-Family Partnership policies, procedures, Visit-to-Visit Guidelines, and standards of Nurse-Family Partnership and the CAC.
• Performs home visiting in accordance with the Nurse-Family Partnership model and Visit-to-Visit Guidelines. Assesses physical, emotional, social, and environmental strengths and risks of women and their families as they relate to the Nurse-Family Partnership domains. Assists women and their families in establishing goals and outcomes.
• Evaluates client progress toward stated goals and Nurse-Family Partnership outcomes. Plans home visits in accordance with client goals and Nurse-Family Partnership outcomes Provide information to support staff for timely and accurate data input to the Nurse-Family Partnership data system. Participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Participates in community coalition in support of Nurse-Family Partnership. Promotes public awareness of Nurse-Family Partnership. POSITION OVERVIEW

The United States Coast Guard Elizabeth City's mission is to ensure public safety, safe waterways, and security response, and support the overall mission of the Department of Homeland Security and its war on terrorism. This position is essential to provide CAC/DEERS/RAPID services on base and for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CAC station.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining records of all badges and their status.
• Input of daily updating of the computer for all authorized visitors.
• Maintains visitor control and verification processes.
• Local point of contact for RAPIDS and DEERS for personnel.
• Coordinate DEERS record corrections with appropriate entities.
• Maintain ID card appointment calendar.
• Ensure integrity of all personal information is maintained involving the issuance of DoD's Common Access Card (CAC).
• Conduct routine maintenance of RAPIDS equipment.
• Account for card stock and recommend reordering as necessary.
• Become familiar and knowledgeable with Commandant Instruction M5512.1A, Identification Cards for Members of the Uniformed Services, Their Eligible Family Members, and Other Eligible Personnel.
• Maintain files and records.
• Weekly generate routine reports from the RAPIDS system.
• Update the DEERS/RAPIDS web page.
• Assist with campus security and access control procedures.
• Assist the Security Clerk as needed.
• Other duties, tasks, and projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years' work experience working in an office setting.
• Experience with office administrative skills and abilities.
• Experience with various office automation systems, software applications, and computer equipment.
• NACI or Secret clearance

Job Description

The purpose of this position, within Human Capital Management, will be to perform a very wide range of support functions within a government agency who acts as the executive agent for all 54 States and Territories. The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary level of professional, technical, organizational, and business improvement and support services required to facilitate the overall objectives of the agency. Qualifications

The perfect candidate will have previous working knowledge on military programs such as Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS & RAPIDS), OER (Officer Evaluation Report), Full Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS), Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO), and Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS).
• The Contractor shall issue Common Access Cards (CAC) for all necessary personnel and family which supports all populations in the Military District of Washington region to include; active, reserve, retired, contractor, civilian.
• They will also issue DA 1172 (DEERs enrollment application) to all qualified applicants. This position will be expected to input and update site information (change in hours/days of operation, changes to walk-in versus appointment only criteria, etc) on the Real Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Appointment Scheduler website.
• Monthly reports will be prepared and presented by this contractor as well as running Overdue Officer Evaluation Reports (OER) reporting program
• Provide In & Out Processing checklists and support for all necessary members
• Maintain & Manage customer service front desk
• Maintain and Manage programs to include but not limited to Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI), New Employee Orientation (NEO), and Pre-Mobilization Program
