As a TDNA 3, you will:
• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Specific labor category determined by years of experience + educational degrees:
• Level 3
• * 4 years of applicable experience with a Ph.D., OR

The sales role is a very important role in our organization as you are responsible for supporting and... maintaining the company’s relationships with its current and future customers. There may be times outside of your regular time frames where you could be needed. You must exhibit a strong passion for family, appreciating the important role youth sports plays in the growth of a young person, recognizing the importance of this journey to the parents of our young athletics; as well as understanding the importance of strong customer service and organizational skills.

You will be responsible not only for general operations and the sales and the floor experience, but also assuring they and the rest of your staff are properly trained. The training of your personnel is a critical element of determining your success and is a top priority of ownership of the Company and therefore of yours. There are substantial training tools available to you in the BTS Portal as well as through our senior executive staff and you are expected to use both on a regular basis to assure optimal training of both yourself and your staff.

Enthusiastically support development and selling of Skills programs, small group training, clinics, camps, and private one-on-one sessions.

Developing and executing all aspects of Skills programs, Camps and Clinics, Small Group, One on One Training, Planning, scheduling, and staffing all Programs, including Camps and Clinics. Communicating the requirements of successful events to the BTS marketing team and other staff and support them in executing those requirements. Review events and identify areas of opportunity for improving future events. Support marketing in reaching out to sponsors for events. Continually work to build and establish relationships with Coaches, Athletic Directors in order to promote Camps and Clinics. Job Description

This is skilled carpentry work on a journeyman level in the construction, maintenance, repair and alteration of campus structure and equipment. All work is subject to spot checking and inspection for conformance to specifications and accepted standards of the trade. Functional contacts include co-workers, other service department employees and other university staff and students.
• Perform construction, maintenance, repair, alteration of campus structures, equipment, and other building components and accessories. Determine building materials needed, assemble materials and tools; clean, sharpen and adjust tools as required.
• May install floor coverings, roofing, tar, screens, cabinets, window glass, partitions, locks and other miscellaneous materials and fixtures. Assist in maintaining shop area; sweep and clean shop or site area as necessary.
• May perform or assist in performance of any of the following: preparation of cost estimates, preparation of material orders, maintenance of records and preparation of reports.
• Because of necessary fluctuations of workloads in the skill area an incumbent in this class may be required, on an occasional basis and according to need, to perform duties outside of his/her trade at a level of skill the same as or lower than required by his/her ordinary assignment. Normal safety requirements, scheduling and the most efficient use of manpower and equipment are taken into consideration in such assignments.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Supervision Received

Under direct supervision, receive verbal and written instructions, occasionally supplemented by plans, drawings or blueprints, daily on work to be performed. May instruct and/or guide personnel assisting in work.

Minimum Qualifications
• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
• Four years of actual work experience and training including the equivalent of apprenticeship or vocational training in the trade.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and drawings.
• Skill in maintenance and use of tools, equipment and materials of applicable trade.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability on a daily basis to:
• Grasp, lift, maneuver, rotate, and otherwise use small to large trades tools and equipment.
• Grasp, lift, carry, and set down heavy (50-80 lbs.) objects on a daily basis.
• Grasp, turn, twist, pull, push, left, and otherwise move equipment, controls, parts, etc.
• Visually assess maintenance, construction and repair needs.
• Climb and work from ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.

Depending on the nature of work performed, the incumbent may be required to wear a respirator or self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) as outlined in the “Industrial Standard for Respirator Use”.

• You will create new novel solutions and/or integrate new features and maintain existing software solutions supporting computer network operations using a Government-specified programming language.

Basic Qualifications:
