THE JOB US Concerts is seeking a Box Office Representative who will assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as collecting adm ission tickets and passes from guests, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO • Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events. • Greet guests attending events who come to the box office. • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
• Provide accommodations for guests with special needs both prior to and day of show - this could include offer ing assistance to someone who uses a wheelchair. • Inform guests of the layout of the venue and be prepared to direct them to the restrooms, concession stands and designated seats/sections. • Know how identify a fake ticket or credential and educate the guest on where to buy authentic tickets. • Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns. • Assist guests in finding seats, lighting the way with flashlights, if necessary. • Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc. • Maintain order, ensure adherence to safety rules, and share any safety concerns with management. • Guide guests to closes t exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency. • Other duties as assigned.

THE JOB US Concerts is seeking a Box Office Representative who will assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as collecting adm ission tickets and passes from guests, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO • Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events. • Greet guests attending events who come to the box office. • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.

printers for each event.

This position reports to the Campus Box Office Manager and is
primarily responsible for coordinating Campus Box Office sales at
select evening and weekend events. The Coordinator will also work
with the Campus Box Office staff to set up equipment at event
venues as needed and provide support necessary to execute the event
successfully. This position will serve as a lead and be responsible
for the supervision of the student employees assigned to work at
these events.
Candidates for these roles must demonstrate the ability to provide
excellent customer service and need to have good computer skills in
order to troubleshoot computers and printers. A high school diploma
is preferred.
Employees in these roles also need have flexibility allowing for a
variety of scheduled assignments, occasionally on short notice
(though some of the schedule will be tentatively in place months in
advance). In addition to evening and weekends, coordinators may be
scheduled at other times for events such as PIAA, Patriot League
Championships, and events that occur during school breaks. All
hours in this schedule are flexible, though generally the
flexibility resides with the Campus Box Office Manager's
assignments; hours will be assigned based on the needs of the
department and variously during busy periods.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit, talk and/or hear. The employee is frequently
required to use finger and hand motion and occasionally required to
stand walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able
to lift approximately 20 lbs. as well as assemble computers and
printers for each event.
Employee works in a normal office environment under moderate heat
and noise levels. Some event venues may cause exposure to a variety
of weather conditions and temperatures.
Work Type:
This is a part time, casual, non-benefits eligible position.
This role is not budgeted for visa sponsorship at this time, all
candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of
submission of the application.

The Ticket Seller will provide excellent customer service by selling tickets and resolving fan issues to all ticketed events at Dignity Health Sports Park. Other duties include cash handling, answering phones, and assisting the Supervisor, Manager, and/or Director with other tasks as needed.

• A minimum education level of High School Diploma or its equivalency
• A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience
• Must be available to work varied shifts, which may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
