Booking Holdings is currently undergoing a Finance Transformation initiative that will drive effective finance support for business management; promote strong governance and control in the organization; and have a world-class finance organization in terms of execution and efficiency. To support this transformation, the organization has created a Global Business Services (GBS) Organization. This organization consists of a newly established Global Process Owner Organization (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash , Contract Lifecycle Management, and others); and Transformation roles (Enterprise Program Management, Process Excellence, Communications & Change, Master Data, and Financial Analysis).
Booking Holdings is currently seeking an Analyst to support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide PTP processes for our GBS organization. The analyst will report directly to the Global Process Owner for PTP. Responsibilities include overseeing process and strategy improvements related to Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Receiving, Invoicing, and Payments, as well as supporting PTP technology developments through S/4 HANA and Ivalua SaaS solutions.
In this role you will get to:
• Support the enablement of e-commerce applications such as Ivalua (Preferred), Ariba, Coupa, and SAP S/4 HANA
• Serve as a global point of contact for PTP processes, collaborating closely with key business and IT stakeholders across BHI subsidiaries
• Provide weekly status updates to EPMO, highlighting key milestones, risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies
• Participate in design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and development of the future state design and provide e-procurement configuration guidance as required
• Provide daily updates for UAT and hypercare status calls through collaboration with regional leads across LATAM, NORAM, and EMEA
• Participate and support technical integration design workshops with client technical teams for interface development.
• Provide ongoing support for all OCM activities, including the creation and review of training documents, SOPs, and both internal and external communications
• Collaborate with the Controls Integration team to ensure the design complies standard SOX policies
What you have:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Experience in PTP/ Supply chain roles
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions (Ivalua Preferred)
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and the ability to translate and articulate business requirements into functional design and configuration requirements
• Excellent data analysis and process mapping
• Written and verbal communication
• Facilitation, and presentation skills

Booking Holdings is looking for an experienced Workspace Experience professional to lead and support a safe, inviting, functional, and productive office environment for all employees and visitors. The Lead operates at the intersection of hospitality and facility services and can combine the best of both, to support daily site operations and fulfill the business stakeholder and company needs. The Lead also manages flawless and timely execution of all tasks in accordance with workplace guidelines, processes, and contracts.
In this role you will get to:
• Hospitality services: together with the receptionist, greet employees and guests and provide concierge-style services and facility-related support.
• Crisis Management services: participate in LIRT (local incident response team); prepare and organize the local response team in times of crisis. Act as the go-to person for all crisis management
• Health and Safety - follow the H&S compliance guidelines and procedures and coordinate the H&S efforts eg. participate as a / represent Fire Marshal and First Aider groups
• Oversee workspace strategy and suggest opportunities for improvement; provide utilization reporting; support space planning; and assist with any employee/team moves
• Develop the annual budget and manage the forecast throughout the year
• proactively identifying operational efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.
• Vendor management as applicable, ensuring that vendors are delivering services in accordance with contract scope/SLAs/KPIs
• Proactively inspect the office areas, systems, rooms, and common areas and coordinate any maintenance and repairs
• Support office-related necessities such as supervising hygiene services, janitorial/cleaning, & waste management, manage/ordering supplies (office, stationary, pantry, catering etc)
• Manage ad-hoc facility requests
• Sustainability: support BHI Corporate Sustainability goals.
• Community services: support local event planning, new hire orientations, Town Hall meetings, Q&A, etc
• Support central teams and external stakeholders like suppliers, Global Real Estate, HR, IT Services and Travel, Finance, Corporate Security, and Global communications
What you have:
• Understanding of all aspects of Workspace Services and building communities - Attitude and mindset of taking care of employees so that they can focus on and deliver their best work
• Working knowledge of facilities and operations
• Handle complaints and concerns in a sensitive way
• Flexible, open to change, and adaptable team player
• Positive ‘can-do attitude and solution finder
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills, resourcefulness
• Self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Steward for company initiatives and ambassador of company culture and values
• Open to a remote Lead / limited onsite supervision
• Self-motivated and capable of operating independently with limited oversight. Strong sense of personal accountability for work tasks
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong skills in reporting, budgeting
• Multi-national company experience preferred: Self-awareness of communication style and cultural differences
