Booking Holdings is currently undergoing a Finance Transformation initiative that will drive effective finance support for business management; promote strong governance and control in the organization; and have a world-class finance organization in terms of execution and efficiency. This program is focused on bringing standard business processes across our portfolio of brands and will rely on our financial systems to establish and drive standards (People, Process, and Technology)

To support this transformation, the organization has created a Global Business Services (GBS) Organization. This organization consists of a newly established Global Process Owner Organization (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash , Contract Lifecycle Management, and others); and Transformation roles (Enterprise Program Management, Process Excellence, Communications & Change, Master Data, and Financial Analysis).
Booking Holdings is currently seeking an Analyst to support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide PTP processes for our GBS organization. The analyst will report directly to the Global Process Owner for PTP. Responsibilities include overseeing process and strategy improvements related to Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Receiving, Invoicing, and Payments, as well as supporting PTP technology developments through S/4 HANA and Ivalua SaaS solutions.

In this role you will get to:
• Support the enablement of e-commerce applications such as Ivalua (Preferred), Ariba, Coupa, and SAP S/4 HANA
• Serve as a global point of contact for PTP processes, collaborating closely with key business and IT stakeholders across BHI subsidiaries
• Provide weekly status updates to EPMO, highlighting key milestones, risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies
• Participate in design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and development of the future state design and provide e-procurement configuration guidance as required
• Provide daily updates for UAT and hypercare status calls through collaboration with regional leads across LATAM, NORAM, and EMEA
• Participate and support technical integration design workshops with client technical teams for interface development.
• Provide ongoing support for all OCM activities, including the creation and review of training documents, SOPs, and both internal and external communications
• Collaborate with the Controls Integration team to ensure the design complies standard SOX policies

What you have:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Experience in PTP/ Supply chain roles
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions (Ivalua Preferred)
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and the ability to translate and articulate business requirements into functional design and configuration requirements
• Excellent data analysis and process mapping
• Written and verbal communication
• Facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Program Manager in the PMO of our Global Business Services team to support this Global Finance Transformation.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience assessing finance transformation needs, developing the implementation strategy, and leading the SAP S/4 deployment.

The role will be responsible for executing SAP S/4 Hana project management best practices that will ensure timely and quality deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management are important to this role as the Program Manager will be responsible for aligning program status with stakeholders and presenting to brand executives.

What you have:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in SAP Finance with a minimum 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live
• At least 3 years of implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Program Manager/Project Manager on at least 2 full life cycle projects of S/4HANA Finance
• At least 2 years of solid business process fit gap or establishment of new finance target operating model experience
