The VP HR will directly manage a team of 6 and oversee Corporate HR Advisory, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition functions for our US organization (200 fte), in addition to having dotted line oversight of our HR teams in our Global Centers of Excellence (scaling up to 2000 fte in India and Romania) and Booking Holdings Financial Services (scaling to 200 fte in Ireland, the UK and the US).

This person thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities
• Translate business strategy into people strategy, driving solutions that meet evolving people, talent and business challenges
• Develop and execute on long-term strategy of HR initiatives that drive performance, foster inclusivity, promote talent development, and have a strong impact on employee engagement
• Leverage best practices across multiple and varying systems, processes, and policies that impact the overall employee experience at Corporate, the COEs and BHFS, continuously looking for areas to innovate and enhance
• Lead effective change management efforts while simultaneously executing on key initiatives and programs that drive change within the organization, collaborating with talent leaders across multiple business units/brands to reach a mutually-beneficial end goal

Your Experience

The successful candidate will have had broad HR experience participating as a leader in a high-growth Global (technology) company. • 15+ years of career experience with 10+ years in an HR leadership role

Profile Director Systems Architecture
