Blueprint, Inc provides leading Business Performance Consultation Services to automotive

dealerships throughout the US. We specialize in assisting clients develop unique performance

strategies tailored to their unique goals and Key Performance Metrics (KPIs).

We are looking for a
Performance Consultant to use Blueprint’s tools, processes and methods to help clients achieve their committed goals. A large amount of your time will require you to analyze Key Performance Indicators, task trackers, Automotive sales CRMs and service scheduling software, call tracking, recording and telephony systems, to create a strategy for achieving desirable results.

Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a contact center leader or similar experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Extensive knowledge of how to effectively manage, influence, and coach learners in a virtual environment.
• Strong ability to analyze key performance indicators and metrics used to develop an action plan, bonus plans, team engagement activities designed to drive results.
• Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to present to individuals or groups of employees/partners through a variety of methods.
• Strong in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Proven self-starter, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to an ever-changing business environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow through on multiple projects with strict time deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Commitment to excellence, possesses a strong work ethic, and takes pride in his/her work.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%) or work extended hours including weekend work when required.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

A Day in the Life:

The
Performance Consultant will regularly collaborate and engage with internal departments and Blueprint clients, including front line staff, upper leadership and decision makers.
• Quickly build relationships with decision makers and key leadership personnel in a virtual environment.
• Establish clear objectives for achieving dealership goals.
• Create and maintain an environment in which clients are expected to be engaged in the performance results.
• Analyze data, prepare materials and deliver online coaching and training support.
• Adapt coaching methods and instructional material to meet clients’ varying performance needs.
• Maintain effective and efficient record-keeping, document all client interactions via Zoho and email.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with clients, co-workers, and other professionals on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with co-workers to enhance the instructional environment.
