I have about 50+ YouTube scripts (around 1,500 words each) that need to be converted to blog posts and uploaded to WordPress. The topics are legit ways to make money online. The necessary steps would be...
1. Change the intro and outro of the script to make it sound like a blog post
2. Delete everything within the script that sounds like YouTube (e.g. “If you like this video, give it a thumbs up.”)
3. If necessary, change the language

I have about 50+ YouTube scripts (around 1,500 words each) that need to be converted to blog posts and uploaded to WordPress. The topics are legit ways to make money online. The necessary steps would be...
1. Change the intro and outro of the script to make it sound like a blog post
2. Delete everything within the script that sounds like YouTube (e.g. “If you like this video, give it a thumbs up.”)
3. If necessary, change the language in the script to make it sound like a blog post
4. During the video editing process, in some scripts the wording or punctuation was changed. This needs to be corrected. For example, “Most tests pay you $10 - $20 per test If you want to earn more…” Change it to: “Most tests pay you between $10 and $20. If you want to earn more…”
5. Add internal links (and high-quality external links if not already in the script)
6. Most scripts only have H2 headings which can easily be H3 if an H2 is added above them. Please change this structure accordingly.
7. The blog posts need to have at least 1,500 words. Add a paragraph or two if necessary.
8. Upload the text to WordPress
9. Write a meta title and meta description
10. Insert stock images and a YouTube video (I’ll give you the link)
11. Schedule the blog post
There is no hard deadline for this job. But I want to publish at least one blog post per week. You can also do batches and schedule them in advance.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

This is a long term role as a thumbnail designer for a YouTube channel in the MMA niche, reporting on the latest industry news uploading 2-3 times per week.
We keep more or less the exact same style for every thumbnail but simply replace the images and alter the text. This means it will be relatively quick and easy for you to create new ones, simply using previous templates and changing... necessary components. A full SOP will be provided once onboarded.

Being a news channel it’s very important we get videos out fast while interest is high as hype dies quick, so turnaround time will be essential. For each new job you receive we’ll expect it back within 24 hours max. Our script writer delivers to us every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, so once we have the script we know how to approach the thumbnail. With this in mind, your expected delivery dates will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- What Is Expected Of You
To produce 3 YouTube thumbnails per week, delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Open to revisions if needed.
- Pay
As mentioned previously, due to it being more or less the exact same thumbnail each time and just having to swap out some images and text we believe $2.50 per thumbnail to be fair. It is a long-term project so can offer consistency, stability and weekly pay.
Incentives for good performance will be in the form of financial bonuses and progression within the business.
