• Strengthen our proposals for new opportunities that include OD services

Relative to serving as a Staff Development Support Coordinator, you will:
• Work with a collaborative team that includes the SGPG OD Manager, SGPG’s representative(s) from Learning & Development, other OD practitioners from across the firm, etc. to help build, maintain, deploy, and measure the efficacy of a practical and effective curriculum that builds consulting and OD mindsets and skill sets
• Create and maintain a simple, clear, trackable repository of consulting and OD tools, samples, and templates and ensure regular orientation of these resources for the full SGPG team
• Plan and schedule a thoughtful strategy that supports staff development and maximizes engagement and value to SGPG team members, their managers, and their roles; to include ongoing interaction among cohorts
• Partner with the SGPG OD Manager and other consultants who have OD expertise to develop and strengthen new OD service offerings and mature our approaches to OD-related work
• Collaborate and contribute to BerryDunn’s OD community of practice (a group of consultants/employees who meet regularly to share best practices and lessons learned)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related field (Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication, Project Management, Industrial Psychology, Business, Sociology, Anthropology, and Health and Human Services, etc.)
• Minimum of 7-10+ years’ demonstrated experience in providing organizational development services, preferably in or for state governments (or other governmental/public organizations)
• Minimum of 7-10+ years’ experience designing, facilitating, and implementing a developmental readiness approach to prepare an organization for process changes, system implementations, and a commitment to continuous improvement; demonstrated organizational change management (OCM) knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of organizational culture development, employee engagement, adult learning practices, high potential and leadership development, and business process/continuous improvement work
• Excellent project management and coordination abilities plus skills for instructional design and facilitation
• Ability to collaborate with state and federal agencies
Compensation Details
The base salary range targeted for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. • Maintain a Credentialing database in accordance with BerryDunn's policies and procedures for all participating and non-participating providers with payer identification numbers and effective dates
• Partner with client liaisons, including billing departments to update the enrollment status of the providers
• Contact payers to follow up on submitted applications within BerryDunn's policies
• Respond to various inquiries and requests for information from participating physicians, staff, hospitals, and managed care companies timely and with professionalism
• Communicate with providers or their designees to obtain requisite credentialing information to facilitate timely completion and submission of required documents
• Update client regularly on process and communicate any delays
• Continuously inform Credentialing leadership of the project status and assist in managing expectations related to deliverables and deadlines
• Be responsible for timely and accurately accounting of hours (billable and non-billable) in time and attendance software for proper billing of services rendered
Qualifications
You Have:
• High school education required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant healthcare experience is required including specialized skills in Credentialing and/or Medical Billing
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional in Medical Staff Service Management (CPMSM) certification a plus
