Description Of The Role
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
• Support VP of Influencer, Talent and Strategic Partnerships in the execution of influencer strategy with focus on increasing brand awareness, conversion & brand retention
• Implement a process to scale & automate all areas of Influencer marketing including – Identification, Activation, Content Creation, Distribution, Measurement and Retention
• Support the Influencer Marketing team in building out a scalable ‘always on’ approach ensuring we are utilizing influencers across the marketing funnel.
• Develop a robust influencer campaign plan to support key business priorities and initiatives through creative and impactful Influencer activity
• Test platform-specific campaigns for Beauty Pie’s with Influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and any other relevant social platforms.
• Identify, build and maintain relationships with relevant celebrities, industry experts, influencers & ambassadors for Beauty Pie to work with
• Use social tools to track influencer & UGC activity- using data & insights to forward plan relevant and timely campaigns
• Develop robust reporting framework to monitor the success of Influencer activity, providing weekly reports to internal stakeholders reporting on set KPI’s, continuing to evolve this throughout your time at Beauty Pie
• Leveraging your existing beauty and influencer relationships and cultivating new contacts within other genres
• Maintaining a constant finger-on-the pulse of influencer, celebrity, pop-culture, beauty, entertainment, lifestyle and trade news

• Experience working with a variety of talent across fixed fee, CPA and affiliate campaigns
• Great knowledge & existing relationships with relevant talent across all verticals

• Strong negotiator Strong talent relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical skills, with the experience of test & learn approach
• Ability to be calm under pressure and able to work to tight timeline
• Prior experience in the Influencer Marketing industry, with proven experience in influencer relations and project management.

First, you will meet the hiring manager for a 45 minute chat about all things Beauty Pie, the role and specifically the team you have applied to work with.

Next, you will meet another member (or two!) of the team you will be working with.
