Our team provides high-end critical services to millions of active users worldwide, in a cross-platform environment, ranging from authentication to security measures and Battle.net Identity Management. This role will work with customers inside and outside of Blizzard to identify problems, determine goals, propose solutions, and drive alignment on specifications and ultimately deliver high quality projects.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned product manager with prior experience managing successful complex software projects, possesses a highly organized skillset, is data driven and has the ability to drive consensus among diverse teams of people.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Creates detailed customer requirements in epics and user stories, schedules release timelines, and manages sprints appropriately.
• Collaborates across product, engineering, and QA teams to assure feature launches deliver high value, end to end functionality to our players.
• Owns and manages feature documentation, working closely with support personnel to enable self-service support.
• Champions evidence-based decision making and strong communication skills.
• Manages and prioritizes the backlog while monitoring and improving team velocity.
• Owns and delivers on post-launch success metrics, reports on the results, and incorporates data-driven takeaways into future features and prioritization.
• Creates strategies for production iterations to achieve desired KPIs

Minimum Requirements

Experience
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative in previous roles; ability to work with team members to drive elegant solutions for complex problems on tight timelines.

Knowledge & Skills
• Proven understanding of complex backend systems and micro-frontend applications.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable giving presentations to large groups and senior management.
