Your Impact

Hearst Autos is looking for an exceptional Sales Assistant to provide a wide range of support to senior executives of the sales organization. You will get the opportunity to work closely with other highly motivated employees in an extremely fast paced environment.

Duties will include supporting multiple sales executives with financial reporting, special sales projects and the full array of administrative support - scheduling, calendaring, booking and managing travel, filing expense reports, etc.

You must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Great communication skills and a customer-service attitude are a must. Highly professional, proactive and organized, yet comfortable dealing with last minute changes in a fast paced, ever-changing environment is also required. We prefer someone who possesses a desire to learn more in the digital advertising space. While not a requirement, it would be ideal to have a candidate that is interested in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do
• Sales Support
• Learn to work with and master our media research and sales support tools such as Media Radar, Tableau, Salesforce and Concur
• Learn to analyze media data to support sales efforts in digital and print media
• Plan, organize and support NY client events such as dinners, lunches or activities
• Some client-facing communications when appropriate
• Provide support in managing sold digital and print campaigns
• Data entry
• Mailings
• Screenshots
• Performance & Budget Tracking

Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Experience in an administrative or support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing with great customer service attitude
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

The base salary for this role is between $37,000 to $46,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
