Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an outside sales healthcare liaison. This role will focus in the Philadelphia area. This position is responsible for lead generation and healthcare channel move-in goals. In this role you will call on a mix of account types including hospitals and rehabs.

Job responsibilities
• Develop and cultivate new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships to continue incremental growth in target market
• Generate an average of two direct referrals daily to ensure move-in quota achievement
• Convert and advance qualified referrals into customer move-ins together with local advisement team to achieve monthly sales quota
• Meet new contacts within hospitals and rehabilitation centers and follow up with referral sources on patient outcomes
• Develop and adhere to reoccurring sales calls to ensure strong repeatable referral pipeline
Qualifications
• Two or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting and overcoming objection
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an independent work environment and a willingness to learn
• Confident in ability to work in hospital or healthcare setting
• Ability to travel locally in territory (daily 5 days a week)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Healthcare/hospital sales experience preferred
• College coursework preferred

Job Description

The Assistant Regional Manager – Training and Development supports assigned regions within a division, providing job specific guidance and support to new advisors in achieving and exceeding their performance objectives within their first six months on the job. This role provides a potential growth path to the Regional Manager role. The role reports to the RVP.

Who You Are

You are passionate about guiding and supporting new senior living advisors, teaching essential sales and pipeline management skills, and helping new advisors develop working habits that will drive sales results. You are a collaborator who will work with regional management to identify opportunities amongst new hires and will deliver mentoring and training to capitalize on those opportunities. You are an excellent coach, metrics-focused, and driven to exceed quotas and KPI goals.

What You Will Do
• Support new hire advisors as they transition from the initial onboarding training to being in their role helping families.
• Serve as an internal expert and first point of contact for new advisors as they complete initial onboarding training. Provide expertise and coaching on topics including but not limited to:
• Consultative selling
• Initial consultation best practices
• Objection handling and tour scheduling
• Tasking and follow up to advance the sale
• Time management skills
• YGL/Beacon navigation skills
• Five9 - Telephony skills
• Collaboration with community customers to advance the sale
• Deliver daily New Hire Playbook small-group sessions to new advisors during their first month of training
• Deliver daily 1:1s to individual advisors as needed, focusing on:
• Review of daily training topics from the Playbook

• Support on invoicing and customer relationships
• Provide reporting and tracking on new hire performance to RM/RVP during the first 2 months post-onboarding.
• Identify new advisor skills gaps and create strategies to address through new hire Development Plans
• Deliver weekly call calibrations for new hires within their regions
• Coordinate efforts with the L&D team, Sales Leaders, and Commercial Operations to ensure New Hire Training, New Hire Playbook, and any supplemental training materials are comprehensive and effective in meeting the needs of new hires.
• Stay current with policies and procedures by attending RM/RD calls, monthly advisor calls, L&D team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years as a Senior Living Advisor with A Place for Mom, with a track record of exceeding quota and KPI expectations
• 3+ years leadership or management background
• Thorough understanding of advisor skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to drive move-ins
• Thorough understanding of advisor workflows and demonstrated expertise with YGL/Beacon
• Demonstrated ability to teach individuals and/or groups, as well as measure training outcomes and effectiveness
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to lead engaging virtual and in-person training
• Exhibits attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with technical staff and other departments
• Ability to collaborate with regional management to develop training strategy and deliver results

Job Description

The Home Care Customer Success Manager (Home Care CSM) will be responsible for the success and retention of their individual portfolio of home care customers. The Home Care Customer Success Manager will build deep relationships with a portfolio of home care agencies by onboarding, providing ongoing support, and driving conversion of A Place for Mom’s referrals for each agency. This role is critical to help our customers generate the highest return on their investment with A Place for Mom, expand our relationship with each customer, and increase retention.

To help achieve this, the Home Care CSM tracks and analyzes results for their account portfolio and communicates those results out to their accounts – offering insights into and suggestions for increasing activations and driving revenue. The Home Care CSM will be evaluated by the performance of their individual portfolio of accounts on a quarterly basis.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate is both a sales person and an account manager who is highly competitive, results oriented and dedicated to working with our customer organizations to grow revenue. You are an excellent communicator – both verbal and written – and have tremendous analytical and follow up skills.

The Home Care CSM works closely as a single supportive team with teams across A Place for Mom, including the Home Care Acquisitions, Data & Analytics, Care Advisors, and the rest of the Home Care Support Team, to achieve their goals by nurturing customer relationships and improving customer retention and performance. This position reports to the Manager of Home Care Customer Support.

What you will do:
• Deliver growth for your designated portfolio of home care customers by driving conversion of referrals.
• Build and nurture relationships with home care customers’ in-market resulting in increased customer retention and satisfaction.
• Drive a quick ramp-up of new home care customers and accelerate their effectiveness in being able to convert A Place for Mom referrals to care.
• Implement proven strategies to drive client activations and improve the conversion rate of A Place for Mom referrals.
• Increase revenue by increasing monthly referral volume and upselling additional products.
• Conduct regular review of referrals and results via call or video conference. Educate home care customers on our value, process and best practices.
• Promote the adoption and consistent use of the Home Care Partner Portal (a free, 24/7 online reporting and lead tracking service).
• Resolve invoice disputes fairly and equitably and communicate those results to customers in a supportive and positive manner.
• Communicate with the home care sales team regularly regarding challenges, incentives and changes within the market.
• Assist with maintaining the database of all home care agencies and take actions to ensure that the data is complete and accurate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry or other relevant experience and willingness to learn.
• A strong track record of supporting and servicing a broad portfolio of indirect channel partners in a wide geographic area.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a metrics driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service, coaching and training skills.
