As a team member at All About Eyes you will help people achieve their best vision every day. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patients throughout their visit by making expert recommendations and building an honest rapport.

Other daily tasks include scheduling appointments, pre-screening for the Optometrist, ordering glasses and contact lenses, interpreting vision insurance, dispensing eyewear, and helping keep your clinic clean and welcoming. GENERAL FUNCTION

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills

• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
