Key Duties

• Partner and influence across teams, including product management, UX research, analytics, marketing and software engineering to align product roadmaps, vision, and strategy.
• Collaborate with other Design Managers and teams on Design System to evolve the program and to ensure consistent experiences across the guest facing digital products.

$128,600 - $205,800 / year

Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees.
