• Conduct an LMS needs assessment questionnaire and strategy for each new program, course, or exam developed for other departments.
• Develop and execute a gamified incentive program for multiple audiences and encourage competition with a leaderboard.
• Establish an auto-generated marketing campaign strategy for exam and course completions.
• Complete a learner audit of the LMS, executing rules for duplicate accounts, inactivity, or zero courses.
• Provide Tier 3 customer support by administering the Canine College Learning Management System and maintaining associated Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
• Conduct periodic quality control reviews and update all programs, courses, links, and exams published to the LMS in applicable browsers and devices.
• Execute regular LMS reports and submit them to the appropriate department stakeholders.
Provide support to AKC staff who run reports for their courses and exams.
• Works with AKC Legal department to make sure new LMS contract meets AKC expectations/needs.
• Perform additional tasks to support the Learning Technologies business, such as:
adding and tracking access codes, generating learning content native to the LMS, adding other digital resources to courses, creating surveys and polls to evaluate course effectiveness, etc.

• Proficiency in developing learning activities, games, and engaging courses using the latest software, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, is a plus.
• Graphic design is a plus.
• Ability to provide demonstrations and tutorials using screencasting software for just-in-time video resources.
• Experience in the latest Learning Technologies (learning delivery methods, instructional design, technology, and media).
• Review team members' work, identify edits and share feedback in real-time via webinar.
