Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Answering questions about charters, boats, and dock locations.
• Finding available times to book charters & adventures
• Follow-up on potential leads
• Be familiar with Lake Union and surrounding, in order to answer questions about them and general questions
• Help coordinate aspects involved with setting-up the charters and accepting payments
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of staff.

15-30 hrs a week (based on availability, skills, and work load) including nights and weekends.

Job Summary

Responsible for using technical sales and marketing insight skills to bring balance and technical support to the sales teams. This is a full-time position located at the company’s headquarters in Seattle, WA. This is an exempt position that reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities
• Enforce compliance, accuracy and consistency of our processes and policies through auditing and training for the Sales Team.
• Be a subject matter expert of our reservations systems and processes in working with our CRM Admin and create resources for our reservations team.
• Provide support and checks & balances to both the Reservations Sales Manager, and Sr. leader of the Sales Department.
• Responsible for the backend administration of our online chat platform, Tidio, and our Phone
System. Duties include updating messaging, operational hours, technical support, etc.
• Co-manage with the Reservations Sales Manager the Sales Dashboard and reporting including the daily availability report for our partners.
• Audit uncruise.com, 3rd party partner websites, and our reservation systems for accuracy of pricing, offers, products, and marketing assets.
• Manage and maintain agency information in Salesforce.
• Supports the DOS in sales initiatives and on occasion the CFO in reports and audit consolidations.
• Management of Pardot and Klaviyo for guest engagement emails, and communications.
• Review and approve refunds and commission payments.
• Inventory management of land / hotel packages.
• Travelex management
• Other duties as assigned to support the above responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Experience with CRM systems and reservation systems required. Experience in SalesForce and iTravel preferred.
• Strong in basic accounting principles (auditing).
• Self-driven, able to multitask, and work within deadlines.
• A good teacher and listener, strong leader, and teammate.
• Previous industry knowledge preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands / Work Environment
• Typical office environment. Position may require bending, climbing, reaching, repetitive motion, and lifting.
• Occasional work on board vessels locally or potentially in remote locations. May require climbing a gangway or ladder and navigating a vessel under construction.

Work Schedule

This position works at least 8 hours per day 5 days a week with some required seasonal and on-call weekends.
