Qualifications
& Experience
• Strong portfolio showing execution from design to animation
• Skilled in illustration
• Proven experience with typography, motion graphics, branding
• Full stack creator - experience taking a piece from the pitching and concepting phase to the final export
• Can own the edit/conform
• Can QC/deliver postings and finals
• 3-5 Years of Motion Graphics/Animation, Graphic Design and/or Art Direction experience
• Proficient skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other tools
• Experience in multiple areas of content preffered: Illustration, Videos, Graphic Design, Livestreams, events, photography etc
• Ability to create art in different styles (drawing characters on model
• Ability to clearly present concepts, and execute projects from start to finish
• Ability to take direction, follow up, and follow through with projects
• Ability to take the lead on given projects and own the creative conception and execution from start to finish
• Can handle a very fast paced environment with last minute changes
• Technical knowledge of social media platforms and specs needed for all deliveries

Your New Role…
The Head of Production, Adult Swim / Cartoon Network is responsible for running the Production Team across [adult swim] and Cartoon Network. This position is responsible for building out the production team, building out, or enhancing operational processes and capabilities to ensure a modern, flexible, smart production approach for all series, specials, long forms, and pilots for linear, streaming, and digital. This position will oversee a team producing with outside studios, 3rd party and in-house for both networks in all media, for all platforms, globally. This leader is a key member of the executive team and actively supports both the kid and adult animation businesses for WBD.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Oversees the team responsible for all Animation Production (Series, long forms, specials, pilots) for Cartoon Network and [adult swim]. The team stewards the budgets and schedules of 20-30 series annually.
• This position is responsible for in-house content production, production run through 3rd party studios and operates as chief production consultant for as/CN on all production properties produced with independent studios/contractors.
• Works with the Head of Cartoon Network and [adult swim] to ensure the content remains true to the vision and integrity of the creator and ultimately the networks.
• A main focus will be to evaluate existing processes and systems, and revise, add and normalize operational infrastructure across the group’s entire activity to increase efficacy, scale the team’s work, ensure on time delivery to relevant markets globally for day and date releases, and create the smartest, overall production approach.

WarnerMedia seeks a Production Assistant for the Adult Swim/KYAC Production Group
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Production Assistant who has a base knowledge of Adult Swim and Toonami programming.
The Daily
• Entry level position assisting any area of production (broadcast/on-air, digital and social), from pre-production through post-production.
• Implements administrative and routine production tasks to support the team such as assiting with the music library, VO booking and tracking, obtaining and logging footage or assets, transcriptions, QC and promo delivery and researching and fact checking.
• Facilitate and track requests for VP of Production and Project Managers needs such as production calendars, travel, scheduling, contract execution and weekly deliverables.
• General Toonami assistance including QC, archiving and prepping scripts.
• General department assistance.
The Essentials
• 0-2 years' experience, College Degree Preferred
• Ability to take direction and follow through
• Attention to detail and organized
• Passion and understanding of Adult Swim and young adult entertainment, emerging media and culture
