R esponsibilities and d uties :
• Forecast, s et-up and traffic display and video campaigns using a variety of ad servers including:
• Google Ad Manager
• Nativo
• SpringServe
• Primis
• Vbulletin
• Provide campaign pacing & other delivery reporting to account managers, sales teams and clients directly as necessary to ensure campaigns deliver in full and that all intended KPIs are met
• Suggest optimizations and other campaign improvements to maximize both revenue and performance
• Work with sales and account management teams to improve ad products
• QA ad slots and campaigns to guarantee full functionality and diagnose any technical issues in a timely manner
• Work internally with our development teams to fix any ad related bug or issue
• Serve as the primary liaison the support teams of our ad serving partners
• Document processes and campaign set-ups as updates become available
• Attend meetings across departments
• Identify ways to streamline processes or optimize performance across our network
• Manage, train and grow our ad operations team including campaign coordinators and ad ops interns

Qualifications:
• 2- 3 + years of hand-on ad operations experience using GAM for a large, multi-site digital publisher required
• Knowledge of 3rd party technologies such as Moat, DoubleVerify and troubleshooting tools (Charles proxy, Ghostery etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required
• Photoshop and basic HTML experience preferre d
• A self-starter who can work autonomously to build strong cross-functional relationships with outstanding customer support skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• A sense of urgency and a drive to exceed expectations
• A positive, can-do mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Being available and responsive when communicating internally and with other teams as well as advertisers.
• Strong communicat ion skills and able to clearly and effectively communicate in person, by phone and by email.

Agency is seeking a talented, business-oriented Ad Compliance Specialist to join its WPP Commercial Legal & Business Affairs team in Detroit, Michigan. The Ad Compliance Specialist, preferably a paralegal, should have enthusiasm for advertising law and experience in the automotive field. Knowledge related to vehicle claims substantiation and regulations is required. This role will service as a liaison between the Ford Office of the General Counsel, Agency Legal Counsel, Ford Engineering, and core Agency departments.

This Ad Compliance Specialist must be able to review and revise a range of advertising materials, effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) various risk mitigation strategies to a non-legal audience. The Ad Compliance Specialist should possess excellent judgment and be well-versed in assessing risk and finding practical solutions. Knowledge of copyright, trademark, right of privacy/publicity, and advertising law related to vehicles is required.

The Ad Compliance Specialist will help ensure the business practices, policies, and activities of Agency and our Client meet not only legal and regulatory requirements, but also are consistent with WPP’s ethical and moral obligations to clients, shareholders, suppliers, and all external stakeholders.

• Review |Review all Ford Motor Company advertising for Ford and Lincoln products for national and regional automotive advertising. Scope may change and grow as needed.
