Provide oversight to plan and execute meetings and event experiences for Accenture’s Mobility Meetings & Events team, in an agile, innovative and truly human way, reflecting a customer-obsessed and operationally effective approach. As a Reporting Lead, you will analyze and develop executive level insights, strategies, and reports. You will be involved in management decisions and changes in the operation by assisting the operational manager and team leads to appoint impact of metrics and designing reports to present the actual and forecasted scenario. You will work closely with Team Leads, Operations Managers and Program/Vendor Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shift planning, forecasting schedules (long-and short-range plans), hiring requirements and other staffing requests
• Work closely with the client workforce management team to determine demand, routing and staffing of agents
• Provide regular reports on service level adherence, agent productivity, utilization, attendance
• Monitoring of agent queues and generate performance reports to identify performance trends
• Required to standardize mechanism for collection of historical data on call volume, shrinkage, AHT, service levels, et cetera for trending as well as to automate reports to remove inefficiencies.
• Monitor agents’ adherence to schedule and prepare team roster in advance to ensure operational efficiency
• Prepare dashboards to be used for weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings
• Understand the different stages of a sales prospecting funnel (i.e., Sirius Decisions waterfall) and be capable of building reports in Salesforce to track the leading indicators and other relevant performance metrics
• Proactively conduct analysis of those metrics to identify trends over time, performance risk areas, and assist leadership with root cause analysis of any team performance challenges
• Build out and maintain sales performance dashboards in Salesforce with Sales Manager and Agent-facing views for teams to self-monitor performance and progress to goals
• Be responsive to requests from management for adjustments or updates to performance reports and dashboards to ensure consistent, accurate visibility into key metrics
• Develop a strong understanding of a complex reporting environment that involves data moving between multiple systems, and actively identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or information gaps so that leadership can align and resolve with client stakeholders

This is a hybrid position out of the Atlanta, Georgia office.

Basic Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in a reporting or analytics environment.
• 2 years of experience creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com or Tableau

The HealthRules Configuration Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Configuration team in translating and transforming the rules and terms of a health plan into HealthRules Payor & Designer. Role Description

As a Reconnaissance Senior HUMINT manager, you will serve as a cyber threat intelligence specialist. The ACTI Reconnaissance team collects and analyzes criminal forum intelligence, online personas, virtual human intelligence (HUMINT), and open-source intelligence (OSINT), and contributes to threat assessment deliverables. The team covers a variety of threats, including cybercrime, cyber espionage, and hacktivism threats; this coverage helps develop strategic, operational, and tactical reports and deployments to help protect Accenture’s customers.

The Reconnaissance Senior HUMINT analyst primary role is to support the Reconnaissance Director and develop initiatives to drive improvements in the Reconnaissance team’s capabilities. The Reconnaissance Senior HUMINT analyst will produce analytical reconnaissance reports and assure the quality of junior team members’ reports, looking for any emerging threats to Accenture and its clients. In this role, you will act as a reconnaissance subject-matter expert and will help develop collection efforts and virtual HUMINT capabilities on forums and communities on both the Deep Web and Darknet. You will additionally support business development opportunities and act in a client-facing environment as needed. Depending on operational need, you may be placed in a leadership role supervising junior analysts on the west coast of the United States and as such, must be available for them as a resource. You should also be prepared for occasional work after hours and on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

+ Aid in providing HUMINT collection strategies that deliver value to customers and drive business growth.

+ Assist in designing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all analysts perform HUMINT collection in a safe and legally compliant way.

+ Help design and deliver HUMINT training programs to ensure all reconnaissance analysts have the necessary skills to engage with threat actors effectively.

+ Author operational and strategic intelligence products to meet intelligence collection requirements.

+ Initiate collaboration with other cyber threat intelligence teams and global security teams to identify emerging cyber threat intelligence trends,

+ Identify new collection opportunities for criminal communities on the Deep Web, Dark Net, and Clear Net.

+ Lead, mentor and train junior analysts to develop their cyber threat intelligence and analytic skills.

+ Serve as a strategic and tactical cybercrime subject-matter expert.

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)  .

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in HUMINT engagement, collection and training experience.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience/deep understanding of cyber threat intelligence concepts and principles.

The HealthRules Configuration Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Configuration team in translating and transforming the rules and terms of a health plan into HealthRules Payor & Designer.
