Responsibilities The Marketing Database Manager plays a key role in owning, building, and managing a dynamic database of targeted commercial prospects for SemaConnect's North American marketing and sales representatives. In this position you will work closely with the Director of... Marketing to build, implement, and expand a database targeting markets for EV charging stations in, but not limited to, commercial real estate, multi-family, hospitality, corporations, and health care. The ideal candidate will have 5
years of direct experience in building and expanding B2B marketing databases, building a team of database specialists, and have strong skills in using CRM, contact database and spreadsheet tools. Experience building out a database team is essential for the success of this position. Responsibilities Grow a killer database of prospects through continual refinement and enhancement of our client and prospect database by using the latest tools to build target data records for Sales and Marketing Work with our current marketing team to plan, develop, and implement strategies for targeted marketing campaigns Rank and prioritize prospect accounts through market research and collaboration with the sales and marketing team Identify decision makers, buyers, and influencers within target accounts through use of database tools and external and internal communications Develop subject matter expertise in SemaConnect's primary market segments and new market verticals Create clear reports and presentations for database generation activities using tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Support field sales team in developing current customer relationships and pursuing follow-on business Assist the company in exceeding our monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets (e.g. connections made and qualified leads generated) Communicate frequently across the SemaConnect business development, sales and marketing team to share subject matter expertise, best practices and lessons learned Hire, train, and develop a world class database team Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university 5 years of work experience in business-to-business marketing Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A high degree of creativity, imagination, and open-mindedness is expected Self-starter with ability to organize and prioritize sales efforts for maximum effectiveness Willingness to work very hard in a new highly competitive industry Exceptionally strong computer and analytical skills Experience with database tools (e.g. Costar), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and spreadsheet tools (e.g. Excel) Ability to use documentation and presentation tools (e.g. Word and PowerPoint)

Position Summary...

• Assists project kick off meetings by collecting documents (site, floor, electrical plans, utility bills, dealership questionnaires).
• Participates in design, planning, and construction coordination meetings.
• Brings forth all observations that may result in cost savings to CRES Team.
• Proactively communicates with vendors to receive and process invoices and purchase order.
• Independently gathers closeout documents and assures they are uploaded properly in USGN by contractors, architects, and EV vendors.
• Use closeout documentation to create and maintain EV database in USGN.
• Occasionally manages charger installations under the direction of the Senior Director of Facilities & EV Infrastructure

Qualifications:

Desired Bachelor’s degree in project or construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar field of study. 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or facilities related work. Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. Highly efficient in Excel and Power Point.
