• * We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Mentor to join our team.
• As a Remote Mentor, you will work with our mentees to help them achieve their goals.
• You will provide guidance and support in various areas such as finding a job or changing a career, and more. You can create free or paid mentoring sessions
• Build a positive relationship with mentees
• Provide support and guidance to help mentees achieve their goals
• Set and review SMART goals with mentees
• Assist with the development of career plans and strategies
• Help students... develop skills for academic success
• Provide resources and referrals as needed
• Communicate effectively with mentees via email, or video conferencing
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of mentorship activities and progress
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• The work could be done during weekends based on your availability
