Responsibilities...
• Bring creativity, collaboration, and curiosity to a cross-functional marketing team
• Research, report, write and edit content across platforms, including digital and print media

• Identify and hire freelance program support as needed and process all contracts and payments including writers, producers, editors, directors, photographers, stylists, hair and make-up, etc.
• Oversee all digital production including copywriting and digital publishing of articles and videos in WordPress
• Work with Project Management to provide timelines and estimated budgets for pre-sale pitches

Requirements:
• The candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and be able to multitask/handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environment
• 5 years of writing and producing experience at a major publication, brand, or network Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in content publishing including WordPress
• Strong freelance network of writers, producers, editors, directors, photographers

The ideal candidate will have experience writing e-commerce content and demonstrated interest in covering consumer tech, fashion and fitness. Experience working with affiliate networks and link-tracking platforms is... preferred and is a major plus. This prospective writer should be bursting with great pitches for product reviews and roundups that are a perfect fit for Rolling Stone's audience. This person must also have the ability to create snappy copy that incorporates general SEO best practices. The ability to juggle multiple projects at once is key, as is the ability to turn around quick, concise articles timed to breaking news (I.e. new product announcements or launches). We're looking for a writer with keen attention to detail who's deadline-oriented and can create content start-to-finish in our CMS.
Responsibilities:
• Write and produce 10-15 pieces of shoppable content roundups per week, including dedicated product reviews, sale roundups, gift guides and more
• Update existing content ensuring latest product launches and SEO best practices are reflected
• Work closely with the managing editor and e-commerce team to prioritize a mixture of content updates and new assignments while meeting daily and weekly deadlines

This position will work closely with the Director of Events & Programming and support the design, overall event experience, and production budgets and handle logistics from start to finish for each event across the... Live Media/Events team’s calendar.
In this role you must be resourceful, a creative thinker, data-driven, and an experienced event marketing professional. You must have hands-on experience planning and executing events in a variety of formats including consumer-facing, industry summits and forums, and privately sponsored events. The position requires superior project management skills, attention to detail, organization, writing, and communication skills.
This position reports to the Director of Events & Programming.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of branded sponsor integrations including proprietary events from concept to execution including venue sourcing, catering, and other specialty elements
• Plan, lead, and organize cross-functional teams on-site including production, artist liaisons, venue staff, and audiovisual teams … to ensure a cohesive event experience for artists, attendees, sponsors, clients, agency, and staff.
• Consistently research new venues, emerging artists, and event trends and build upon the arsenal of valuable event vendors and contacts as resources
• Budget creation support, submission, and reconciliation with Finance & Legal teams
• Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities on event programs
• Liaise with PR, Sponsor, and analytics teams to handle segmented registration and correspondence before, during, and after events.
• Consolidate key metrics, databases & scorecards to drive informed decisions.
• Manage cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders from editing, sales, marketing, photo/video, finance, and legal
• Support in show advancing with agencies, talent, and vendors. Create deliverables and production schedules
• Assist with event Run-of-Show and staff communication and build cross-functional teams' production schedules.
• Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps, and internal and client feedback and incorporate learning into future event plans. Identify budget and process synergies and overall best practices.

Requirements:
• 3- 5 years relevant experience preferably containing a mix of Marketing, Event Production, or Operations
• Skilled in project management. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Customer service orientation with outstanding communication and negotiation ability with internal and external cross-functional teams
• Agency and Experiential experience a plus
• Ability to manage a team and juggle multiple requests in a fast-moving environment.
